Bus Ticket New Brunswick To Toronto

Piperade

This post is dedicated to one of our dear readers of the Basque Country ... Last Friday it was
Basque restaurant in San Francisco.
lovers of good food, Piperade is definitely an Address to keep.
the photo, my entry: carpaccio bacalao (salted cod) and fresh oysters. One of the specialties of the house. As you can see, it would have taken much before I devoured this dish without having taken a picture ...
surprising dish, very refined and refreshing.
A little too dirty for my taste but very happy experience.
main dish, it was a kind of bouillabaisse with seafood, nuts and St. Jacques.
But the best was yet to come. 3 desserts, 3 good picks ... Chocolate cake, as I always avoid ordering a chocolate cake for dessert, so easy to do at home, as this fund was truly delicious with fresh whipped cream. Issue 2: Foam Turon, and yes, I too was surprised to read foam turon, I associate a toothache instead ...
Again, very pleasant surprise especially with the toasted almonds for garnish.
Finally, the best for last, with orange fritters. My aunt and my cousin already knew saliva and waited at the corner of the mouth. I was initially a little skeptical because I'm not a big fan of desserts with orange, but I must say they were particularly successful. Soft, lightweight and subtly perfumed. A regal ... That
, so a Basque restaurant rather satisfactory. With a little extra for the service in french .... lol
People do not take pictures so I hesitated to take more, but take a look at their website which is well done with nice little pictures.

Cruising Spots In South Jersey

Monterey!

No time to put the bag is chained with Monterey document ...
Dad is driving his mini van with 4 French and 1 American.

It was a bit big macro.

the program visit the aquarium with jellyfish, otters, tunas, rays, and the whole family Nemo ... lol
The aquarium is pretty nice, though a little stopper (holiday weekend too) The collections are highlighted with little superfluous for once ... a true playground for children (just need to be careful not to crush one, grrr)
Otherwise rating SF Monterey through Half Moon Bay is quite pleasant to do. With much of the reserves is an environment that is still wild enough (aside road ...) which is quite surprising.

Just beside it is the 17 mile drive, path [pay] between golf courses, sumptuous villas (which are anyway the taste, not like in some places or is it only the glitz The houses are really nice), a small bird rocks, a seal ... old running along the road, and tourists who ride a 2 a time to put down the barracks.

A little further south is Carmel-by-the Sea. Also is the architect house architect house on, not fiat panda in sight ...

And of course the beach! Except that the temperatures are not really with go ... But the sun is (at least after noon) and the wind too ...
(Pictures thanks Trucy!)

Bordeaux or Champagne?

Springbreak!
It started with the Easter weekend with auntie Lilian, Pascale, Alexandra and Andrew.

the menu rack of lamb, Easter requires ... but in fact it was the repetition of breakfast before lunch the next day with Myrna and Jean-Luc. Table set up in the colors of the season, fresh flowers, decorative and sweet surprise ...

It begins with a truffle flan, crab and caviar. Let me tell you, this cold is hot delight to fall!

After two days of migraine entirely under seal from sunrise to bed (I do not know if it was a coincidence, but it falls on two days in which I had reserved for work!) is great departure for Napa!

Three days of wine tasting and visit the country very friendly. Who knew that one day I would go pissed with my philosophy teacher from terminal! Lol (actually it is my great cousin and marry him ... but after being in his class .. .)

It was really superb, the wine was delicious and by chance it is in rank during each visit (more and more how good)!

And is not that Napa vineyards, it is also the area of good restaurants!

Terra, a Michelin star, not for nothing ...

Amacha carpaccio, clams cooked in chopped salad with zucchini, small mussels japanese cooked crispy pork skin ... That was the tickets

Rice veal, duck breast with chestnut risotto, lobster ... resitance to the plate,

risotto with orange served with a biscuit, cake (mousse) with lemon ice ...

a real treat ...

(and the next day it was kobe beef)
